Bounty
Bounty are small, delicious coconut and chocolate sweets that are easy to make and one leads to another.
To make vegan condensed milk at home, follow these steps: this recipe, then once cooled make the bounty.
Procedure

In a bowl, weigh the condensed milk and the grated coconut.

Mix well with a spatula until the mixture becomes moist and compact.

Transfer onto a piece of baking paper, compact well and create a rectangle of approximately 15x12cm.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Then cut the shorter side in half and then the longer side into 6 pieces. This will give you 12 bounties.

Take each piece and press it well by hand to give it a more rounded shape.
Place in the freezer.
Melt the dark chocolate together with the seed oil in the microwave or in a bain-marie until it is nice and fluid.

Prepare your work surface with a sheet of parchment paper, the frozen bounty, the melted chocolate, a fork, and a small bowl with some coconut flakes.
Dip the bounty cookies into the chocolate one at a time with a fork, shake off the excess, and place them on parchment paper. Repeat with all the bounty cookies.

Finally, decorate by making stripes by pouring the chocolate with a fork, and before the chocolate solidifies, add a little coconut flakes.

Place on a tray in the refrigerator.
