Bounty
Bounties are small delicious coconut and chocolate sweets, one leads to another and they are really very simple to make.
To make vegan condensed milk at home follow this recipe , then once cooled make the bounties.
Method
In a bowl, weigh the condensed milk and coconut turnips.
Mix well with a spatula until the mixture is moist and compact.
Transfer onto a piece of baking paper, compact well and create a rectangle of approximately 15x12cm.
Store in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Then cut the shorter side in half and then the longer side into 6 pieces. So you get 12 bounties.
Take each piece and press it well by hand to give it a more rounded shape.
Store in the freezer.
Melt the dark chocolate together with the seed oil in the microwave or in Bain Maria until it is nice and fluid.
Prepare the work surface with a sheet of baking paper, the frozen bounties, the melted chocolate, a fork and a small bowl with a little coconut turnip.
One at a time, dip the bounties into the chocolate with a fork, let the excess chocolate drip off, and place on baking paper. Repeat with all bounties.
Finally decorate by making stripes by pouring the chocolate with a fork, and before the chocolate solidifies add a little coconut turnip.
Place on a tray in the refrigerator.
