Are there any gluten-free recipes?
Yes, many of the recipes are gluten free or at least adaptable by asking for advice in chat or by reading the Advice section at the bottom of the recipe: Shortcrust pastry, biscuits, creams, mousses, cheesecakes, mousse cakes, modern desserts, ice creams, sorbets, semifreddos, modern tarts and baked pies, etc. You can see the list and photos of the recipes at the following link: GLUTEN FREE
Who is it for?
It is aimed at both amateurs and professionals in the pastry and cooking sector, as it offers a vast range of desserts to choose from. You can therefore find recipes for all levels and all tastes.
How are the recipes structured?
The recipes are explained in great detail. We have several sections:
- time, difficulty, quantity and size
- list of ingredients and dosages
- video tutorial
- detailed description of the procedure
- photos of each step
- conservation
- Tips, such as ingredient substitutions or how to make the dessert in other flavors or gluten-free
- photos and comments of the desserts made by the community
- recommended recipes
How are the video lessons structured?
Video lessons are like mini courses focusing on a specific dessert or theory topic.
In the case of a dessert, they consist of a list of ingredients with quantities, a written procedure, and a practical video lesson with a detailed explanation of how to make the dessert.
In the case of a theoretical lesson, there is a theoretical spoken video lesson.
The video lessons are in Italian and have subtitles in both Italian and English.

What do I get with a Premium membership?
Premium membership is designed for everyone: both amateurs and professionals in the pastry and cooking world. We offer a wide range of recipes, suitable for all levels and tastes.
Here's what Premium membership includes:

What is the activation fee?
At the time of registration a activation cost of €20, which is paid only the first time.
This fee covers profile creation and access to all the platform's features.
In subsequent renewals (monthly or annual) will no longer be required.
Can I do a trial before signing up?
We have created a Free Section with dozens of desserts to discover!
You can access them freely, without the need for registration.
It is a reduced version of the Premium platform, with simpler and faster recipes, to give you a taste of what you will find with the complete subscription.

Can I buy just some recipes?
Yes, it is possible to purchase the recipes individuallyEach recipe purchased includes a PDF with ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and photos.
If you prefer to have access to all recipes and additional content, you can instead choose one of ours monthly or annual subscriptions.
Are there any hard-to-find ingredients?
Inside the Club, you'll find a wide variety of desserts, with varying ingredients and difficulty levels. This ensures everyone can find recipes suited to their needs, abilities, and budget.
Generally speaking, most of the ingredients are easy to find: they are commonly found in supermarkets or, alternatively, online.
Given that the Club offers hundreds of recipes, it's impossible to give a one-size-fits-all answer, but the goal is to make vegan baking accessible to everyone.
Do I need special equipment?
Just like for the ingredients, the equipment also vary from recipe to recipe. With hundreds of desserts available, there is no valid response for everyone.
However, in most cases, the equipment required is that commonly found in a well-stocked kitchen.
Among the most used are: silicone spatulas, whisks (hand and electric ones), rolling pin, bowls, sieve, kitchen scale, precision scale, immersion blender, food processor and thermometer.
For some preparations can also be useful: stand mixer (especially for brioches, leavened dough in general), specific molds, silicone mats, piping bags and decorative tips.
The club's goal is to make the vegan pastry accessible to everyone, even with simple equipment.
Can I sign up at any time?
Yes, you can sign up at any time of the year. It starts the day you sign up and gives you immediate access to all the premium content of the Vegan Pastry Club.
The annual subscription does not follow the calendar year, but is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
How can I log in after payment?
After completing your registration, you'll receive two emails: one with a link to set your password and one confirming your order. Once you've created your password, you'll be able to access your personal area and view all your Premium content.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes, you can disable automatic renewal at any time from your personal area by setting it to manual renewal. This way, you won't be automatically charged at the end of your subscription, and you can freely decide whether or not to renew.
What happens if I don't renew?
If you decide to cancel your membership and not renew, you will lose access to all exclusive content (except free content) after the membership expires. You can still explore the Free Section, but you will not have access to Premium materials, such as advanced recipes and tutorials.
How does the gift card work?
By purchasing a gift voucher, you can gift the registration to the Vegan Pastry Club for 3 or 12 months to a friend or relative. Here's how to do it:
- Add the Gift Card to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Once your order is complete, please send an email to info@veganpastryclub.com, indicating the order number or the email address used to make the purchase.
- You'll receive a digital gift certificate via email (within 48 hours of purchase), which you can also print and give to the person you're giving it to.
The voucher will give the person 3 or 12 months of registration, depending on the option chosen. If the person decides to renew the registration at the end of the period, the renewal will be at their expense.
