“What recipes are in the Club?”

“Are there any gluten-free recipes?”
Yes, many of the Club's recipes are gluten free or adaptable by asking for advice in chat or by reading the Advice section at the bottom of the recipe : shortcrust pastry, biscuits, creams, mousse, cheesecake, mousse cakes, modern desserts, ice cream, sorbets, semifreddos, tarts modern and baked tarts etc. you can see the list and photos of the recipes at the following link: GLUTEN FREE
“Who is the Club aimed at?”
The Club is aimed at both amateurs and professionals in the pastry and cooking sector, as it offers a vast range of desserts to choose from. You can therefore find recipes for all levels and all tastes.
“How the recipes are structured?”
The recipes are explained in detail. We have different sections:
- time, difficulty, quantity and size of the dessert
- list of ingredients and dosages
- preparation video
- detailed description of the procedure
- photo of each step
- storage
- advice, such as substituting ingredients or how to make the dessert in other flavors or gluten-free
- photos of the desserts you made
- your comments
- recommended recipes
“How is a video lesson structured?
The video lessons are like mini courses focusing on a specific dessert or theory topic.
In the case of a dessert, they consist of a list of ingredients with quantities, a written procedure and a practical video lesson with a detailed explanation of how to make the dessert.
In the case of a theoretical lesson there is a theoretical spoken video lesson.
The video lessons are in Italian and have subtitles in both Italian and English.

“I can give it a try before signing up?”
There is no trial subscription but we have created a Free Section where you can find dozens of desserts, articles and video lessons.
So without registering you can visit this section, which is a reduced version and with simpler and quicker recipes than what is found within the platform by registering.
So you can get an idea of how things are structured.

“ Are there any ingredients that are difficult to find ?”
Considering that there are hundreds of recipes it is not possible to give a one-size-fits-all answer.
There are many different desserts, with different ingredients, different difficulties, this is to ensure that the Club is perfect for everyone, so that everyone can find desserts within their reach.
The general line, therefore for the majority of desserts, the ingredients are not difficult to find, they are easily found in supermarkets and online.
“Special equipment is needed?”
This goes back to the previous answer: there are hundreds of recipes, it is not possible to give an answer that works for them all.
However, the most used equipment is: silicone spatulas, whisk, rolling pin, bowls, thermometer, brush, sieve, scale, precision scale, electric whisk (planetary mixer mainly for leavened products), immersion blender, food chopper. Then, based on the dessert, molds, silicone mats, pastry bags, decorative tips, etc
“What do I have with the registration?”
In addition to having access to all the contents, you can join the Facebook group to interact with other members, share your creations, ask for advice, or take inspiration from other people's desserts.
Furthermore, there is a private chat always available on the site for doubts or questions about preparations, such as 24-hour consultancy.
“When does registration start?“
Membership starts from the day you sign up, with this you have immediate access to all the contents of the Vegan Pastry Club.
Annual membership does not follow the calendar year so you can sign up at any time of the year.
“How does registration work?”
You can choose between 3 types of membership: annual, six-monthly or quarterly. The most advantageous is the annual one at only €5.75 per month. The Club membership automatically renews at the chosen price and in the chosen method (every 12-6-3 months). You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from your personal area and set it to manual.
“What happens if I don't renew?“
If you decide to cancel your subscription and therefore not to renew, after the expiry, you will lose access to all content (with the exception of free content).
