Spreadable cheese
In this recipe we will see how simple it is to make a spreadable "cheese", it is very versatile and can be used to make cheesecakes, tiramisu instead of mascarpone, frosting for cakes or cupcakes.
This recipe will yield approximately 265g of spreadable cheese.

Take a bowl, place a sieve and some cheesecloth on it.
Pour in all the yogurt.

Close the gauze, tighten well, secure with a clip or elastic band.

Let it drain overnight in the refrigerator, at least 12 hours, but you can let it drain for up to a day. It should lose a lot of water, and you should see it in the bowl.
At this point, open the cheesecloth; the yogurt will now have the consistency of spreadable cheese.
Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.
