Spreadable cheese
In this recipe we will see how simple it is to make a spreadable "cheese", it is very versatile so it can be used to make cheesecake, tiramisu instead of mascarpone, frosting for cakes or cupcakes.
With this recipe you will get approximately 265 g of spreadable cheese.

Take a bowl, place a sieve and food gauze on it.
Pour in all the yogurt.

Close the gauze, tighten well, secure with a clip or elastic.

Leave to drain overnight in the refrigerator, at least 12 hours, but you can go up to a day. It must lose a lot of water and you must see it in the bowl.
At this point open the gauze, the yogurt will now have the consistency of a spreadable cheese.
Transfer to a container and place in the fridge.
