Chocolate and coconut truffles
Truffles are small ball-shaped sweets that can be eaten in one bite. They can be made in a thousand different variations, today we will see how to make them with chocolate and coconut.
Method
The day before preparing the truffles, drain the yogurt to remove some of the water and make it more compact.
Then pour the yogurt into a cheesecloth, place it on a sieve over a jug and place in the refrigerator overnight. The following day you will find a little water in the jug and a thicker yogurt inside the cheesecloth.
Weigh the biscuits into a food processor and blend until you obtain a powder.
In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate, add the syrup and the strained yogurt.
Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, add the biscuits and mix to obtain a compact mixture.
Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Create 15 balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
In a bowl, weigh the coconut and roll the balls inside to cover them all.
Then transfer the truffles into a container or place each one in a paper cup and on a tray and store in the refrigerator.
