Margarine – vegan butter
To replace butter in recipes, margarine is the best solution, and if you don't want to buy it you can make it at home with just a few ingredients.
Margarine is simply an emulsion of water and oil. To create it and have the same consistency as butter, simply replace the % of animal fats with vegetable fats.
In this way you can replace the butter with margarine in equal quantities without having to rebalance the recipes.
