Are there gluten -free recipes?

Who is it for?
It is aimed at both amateurs and professionals in the pastry and cooking sector, as it offers a vast range of desserts to choose from. You can therefore find recipes for all levels and all tastes.
How are the recipes structured?
The recipes are explained in detail. We have different sections:
- time, difficulty, quantity and size
- list of ingredients and dosages
- Video Tutorial
- detailed description of the procedure
- photo of each step
- storage
- advice, such as substituting ingredients or how to make the dessert in other flavors or gluten-free
- photos and comments of the desserts made by the community
- recommended recipes
How are video lessons structured?
The video lessons are like mini courses focusing on a specific dessert or theory topic.
In the case of a dessert, they consist of a list of ingredients with quantities, a written procedure and a practical video lesson with a detailed explanation of how to make the dessert.
In the case of a theoretical lesson there is a theoretical spoken video lesson.
The video lessons are in Italian and have subtitles in both Italian and English.

What do I get with the Premium registration?
The Premium registration is designed for everyone: both for amateurs and for pastry and kitchen professionals. We offer a wide range of recipes, suitable for all levels and all tastes.
Here's what the Premium registration includes:

- Exclusive community: a place to interact with other members, share your creations, ask for advice or take inspiration.
- Direct support with the chef: private chat available H24 to answer all your doubts and offer you personalized advice on preparations.

You can access them freely, without the need for registration.
It is a reduced version of the Premium platform, with simpler and faster recipes, to give you a taste of what you will find with the complete subscription.

Are there difficult ingredients to find?
Inside the club you will find many different desserts, with ingredients and levels of variable difficulties. This is to ensure that each person can find recipes suitable for their needs, skills and availability.
In general, most of the ingredients are easy to find: they are commonly found in supermarkets or, alternatively, online.
Considering that the club offers hundreds of recipes, it is not possible to give a unique response for all, but the goal is precisely to make the vegan pastry accessible to everyone.
Do I need special equipment?
Just like for the ingredients, the equipment also vary from recipe to recipe. With hundreds of desserts available, there is no valid response for everyone.
However, in most cases, the equipment required are those commonly present in a well -stocked kitchen.
Among the most used are: silicone spatulas, whisks (hand and electric ones), rolling pin, bowls, sieve, kitchen scale, precision scale, immersion blender, food processor and thermometer.
For some preparations can also be useful: stand mixer (especially for brioches, leavened dough in general), specific molds, silicone mats, piping bags and decorative tips.
The club's goal is to make the vegan pastry accessible to everyone, even with simple equipment.
Can I subscribe at any time?
Yes, registration can be made at any time of the year. It starts from the day you enroll and gives immediate access to all the premium content of the Vegan Pastry Club.
Annual enrollment does not follow the calendar year, but is valid for 12 months starting from the activation date.
How can I access after payment?
After completing the registration, you will receive two emails: one with the link to set your password and one of the order confirmation. Once the password is created, you can access your personal area and view all premium content.
Can I delete the registration?
Yes, it is possible to deactivate automatic renewal at any time from your personal area, setting it on manual renewal. In this way no automatic charge will be made at the end of the registration, and you can freely decide whether or not to renew.
What happens if I don't renew?
If you decide to cancel the registration and not renew, after the deadline you will lose access to all exclusive content (except for free ones). You can still continue to explore the free section, but you will not have access to premium materials, such as advanced recipes and tutorials.
How does the gift voucher work?
By purchasing a gift voucher, you can gift the registration to the Vegan Pastry Club for 3 or 12 months to a friend or relative. Here's how to do it:
- Add the gift voucher to the cart and proceed with the payment.
- Once the order is completed, send an email to info@veganpastryclub.com, indicating the order number or email with which the purchase was made.
- You will receive by email a digital gift voucher (within 48 hours of purchase), which you can also print and deliver to the person you are giving it.
The voucher will give the person 3 or 12 months of registration, depending on the option chosen. If the person decides to renew the registration at the end of the period, the renewal will be at their expense.
