3 ways to line a plumcake mold
You can line a loaf pan in several ways.
I will explain in detail what I prefer, what I consider the most practical and fastest.
In the video you will also find 2 other methods, you can then choose the one that is most convenient for you.
My method
Take the measurements of the short side of the base of the mold.
Then cut a strip of this size from a sheet of baking paper. The strip must be longer so that when you pour the dough the paper does not fall towards the inside of the mold.
Then do the same thing with the longest side, always of the base of the mold.
Insert the thinnest strip and fold the excess baking paper outwards, this way we will block the paper and it will not fall inwards when you pour the mixture, and it will also help us extract the baked plumcake.
Now insert the widest strip and fold the excess baking paper outwards.
The mold is now ready.
Simple and fast.
