Muffin
Delicious and soft muffins full of chocolate chips, a perfect snack.
Procedure



Preheat the oven to 180°C static.
Prepare the dough.
In a bowl, mix milk, oil, vinegar and mix with a whisk.



Add the sugar and salt and mix.
Sift and add flour, starch, baking powder and bicarbonate.



Mix with a whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.



Prepare a 12-piece muffin pan, insert the paper liners
Pour the mixture into the molds using a spoon or an ice cream scoop.



Then divide the mixture evenly into the 12 muffin cups.
Bake at about 180˚C for about 20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's done.

Once cooked, let them cool to room temperature and then remove them from the mold, without removing the paper cup.
Transfer to a tray or into a container.
