Banana pancakes are a healthier and tastier version of traditional American pancakes. They are perfect for Sunday breakfast, quick and easy to prepare.

In a bowl, press the banana with the sugar with a fork until you obtain a puree.

Add the salt, milk, oil and mix.
In a bowl, weigh and sift the flour, baking soda and bicarbonate.
Add the powders to the mixture and mix.

Heat a non-stick pan and melt a knob of margarine.
Using a spoon, pour a little mixture into the pan.

When bubbles start to appear on the surface, turn them to the other side with a spatula, then brown the other side too.

It will take about 4 minutes in total depending on the size of the pancakes.
Transfer them to a plate, they are now ready.
